SayCard Privacy Policy

SayCard is a lightweight content creation app for captions, replies, and shareable vibe cards.

SayCard V1 is designed to work without an account, without ads, without tracking, and without a self-built server.

Data We Do Not Collect

In the current V1 app, we do not collect personal data from SayCard.

We do not collect:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Contacts
• Location
• Photos or videos
• Audio recordings
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics events
• Generated prompts or results
• Saved history
• Beta activation counters

Local App Data

Some data is stored locally on your device so the app can function:

• Generated results saved in local history
• Daily free generation quota
• Local beta signal counters shown in Settings
• Share Extension handoff data used to continue a shared item in the app

This data stays on your device in V1. We do not upload it to a SayCard server.

AI Generation

When available, SayCard uses Apple Foundation Models on device.

On unsupported devices or unavailable system-model states, SayCard uses a local fallback generator. SayCard V1 does not send your prompts or results to a self-built cloud AI server.

Purchases

SayCard Pro purchases are handled by Apple's StoreKit and App Store purchase infrastructure.

We do not collect or store your payment card, bank account, or billing information.

Tracking And Advertising

SayCard V1 does not use ads, ad attribution, analytics SDKs, App Tracking Transparency, or tracking identifiers.

Changes

If SayCard later adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, any non-local processing, customer support forms, or third-party SDKs, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures must be updated before release.
